Nice enough shop people and they can drive manual. However I feel a bit peeved bringing someone with me to get an alignment and then being denied because the alignment machine doesn’t go back that far (92 Miata, which shares geometry with 05 Miata’s). The website and subsequent phone call I had confirmed all these woes for me, just to waste my time and deny me in person.

Booked an appointment 4 days in advance with the Binghamton location, I showed up on the right day at the right time and the store associate told me there was no record of the appointment and that I would have to wait hours until they could potentially look at my vehicle. In contrast, the Vestal location got me in within a half hour. Staff was kind and efficient, and got me in and out within 2 hours.

We highly recommend this store to anyone who needs help with purchasing or fixing his tire. We had a punctured tire. We were lucky enough that Firestone was about 3 minutes drive from us. The staff there checked the tires immediately for us and plugged the leak. He assured us that the tire was good to go for very long distances. We were touched that he refused to charge us for the work done. He's so honest. They could have told us to replace it. The honesty and professional attitude are rare these days. Thanks again!!

I worked with Todd, Cameron, and Dennis. I was able to schedule a last minute appointment for today yesterday and they got me in for 3pm. I dropped off my car this morning at 7:45pm and they had 4 tires on my Forester and Balanced by noon. The crew were friendly and helpful.

TWO LEGENDS AT FIRESTONE! I had such a genuinely positive experience at the Firestone location on Lewis Street in Binghamton, and I want to recognize two LEGENDS, Todd and Dennis, for the way they treated me. This was my second time there, and I came back because of how kind and helpful they were during my first visit. This most recent visit happened during a very stressful day. My freezer had failed, and I was trying to urgently move freshly packaged beef from a fresh cow before it all went bad, and of course, right in the middle of that chaos, I got a flat tire. Feeling overwhelmed, I called Firestone right away because I remembered how well I had been treated before. Todd said to come in anytime that day. Oh - I cried on the phone, Todd handled my call like a pro- Thanks Todd! He even acknowledged that he too would be upset if he was about to lose his fresh cow meat. From the moment I arrived, Todd and Dennis were incredibly welcoming and understanding. I was clearly stressed, and they handled everything with patience and compassion. What stood out the most was Todd’s honesty. He took the time to explain that my other three tires were still in great condition and didn’t ne
